Mitsubishi Fuso’s FM 330 Model (32,900 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight Rating / four wheelbases) is big on power, torque, and payload capacity. The cab’s 21st Century styling, flush-mounted headlamps, and bumper air dam combine to provide excellent cab / body aerodynamics. Inside, there’s plenty of headroom, adjustable seating and a “comfort wave” dashboard with easy-to-see and reach instruments and controls. The tilt / telescoping steering wheel also offers a full range of adjustment.

Under the sleek cab is a Fuso 6M60 7.5 liters (460 cubic inches) in-line SOHC 243 horsepower, six-cylinder turbocharged diesel developing 514 foot pounds of torque. It’s mated to a standard Allison® electronic five-speed OD automatic transmission or optional six-speed manual. Also helping to handle big payloads is a rugged ladder-style 51,200 pounds per square inch yield-strength steel frame able to accommodate bodies up to 28 feet.
